Melody Pines is a beautiful 50 unit garden style condominium complex nestled in the woods in Center Conway, NH along the Saco River. Through the years, our various Boards of Directors have taken great care to insure the financial integrety of the association. This has enabled us to keep all parts of the property to the highest standards. Constant renovation and maintenance projects keep our units just like new. We have tennis courts, childrens slide and swing area, basketball court and picnic area all of which get a lot of use by both residents and weekend visitors alike. And we have a beautiful private outdoor pool surrounded by an ample deck area with tables, chairs, and lounges. Down by the river, we have storage racks for canoes and stairs down to the river's edge that some of our members pitched in to build years ago. All of these areas are tucked into wooded areas away from the main buildings so residents are not disturbed.

All of our units have brick hearths. At an individual owners expense, these can be used to install a wood stove or propane gas fired stove. We have simply magnificant views from our rear sliders out onto large balcony decks overlooking the trees boardering the Saco River. In the winter, kids and adults alike cross country ski and sled throughout the rear of the project, although we do not allow snowmobiles to be operated on the property for the safety and peace of our residents and their guests.

There is plenty of paved parking with easy access to the units. The project itself is located right off Route 302, just 5 minutes South of Fryeburg, Maine and 10 minutes North of the village of Conway itself. The center of North Conway is only a short 15 minute drive through the quaint village of Redstone, NH.
